ROSSO currently ships within Australia only.


Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate domestic shipping via Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping – $9 AUD
  • Express Shipping – $12 AUD
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or promotional activity.

 

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and are subject to Australia Post handling, routing, and delivery conditions. ROSSO does not guarantee delivery dates.

 

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress using the provided tracking information.

 

Delivery Locations

We ship to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers within Australia.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

ROSSO is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit. Any delivery issues must be raised directly with Australia Post using the supplied tracking details.

Where appropriate, we may assist by providing dispatch confirmation or supporting information, but this does not constitute acceptance of liability.

International Shipping

ROSSO does not currently offer international shipping.
