Returns and Refund Policy
At ROSSO, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Please read the policy below carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the item being delivered, as confirmed by tracking.
Requests made outside this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging, including all accessories and inserts
- Accompanied by a valid order number
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A refund, or
- An exchange for the same or equivalent item
The outcome will be determined after the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Return Shipping
For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ROSSO is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number.
If we agree the item is faulty or damaged:
- A replacement will be arranged
- Return shipping, if required, will be assessed on a case by case basis
Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or incorrect handling is not considered a fault.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or returns, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
