Shipping Rates

ROSSO currently offers complimentary Australia Post EXPRESS shipping on all orders within Australia.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched next business day, in busy periods this can be up to 3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or promotional activity.

 

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Australia Post's Express Service.

Delivery times are estimates only and rely on the network status of Australia Post. ROSSO is not liable for any handling delays once your order has been dispatched.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers, which will be provided to you prior to handing over to the courier. Your tracking number will be automatically emailed once your order is packed. if you lose your tracking number please contact support.

 

Delivery Locations

We ship to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers within Australia.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

We understand peace of mind is important when ordering. While we will not accept liability for lost orders, if your order is lost in transit we will send an additional, identical package at no extra cost to you.
